Our cuisine

You can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine with traditional Sardinian dishes.

A holiday in Sardinia simply has to include good food, which is why the Oasis Hotel has a large restaurant where you can enjoy the flavours of the best Sardinian and national cuisine.

Here the extensive and varied continental breakfast buffet is served from 7.30 a.m.to 10.00 a.m., offering tea and coffee, fruit juices, homemade cakes, hot bread and cereals, bacon and eggs, fruit, yogurt and hot dishes, sweet and savoury to make every good morning truly special.

At lunchtime the large open-air veranda of the Snack Bar by the pool is available with a kitchen operating from the beginning of June from 12.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

The dinner menu (served in the restaurant's dining room from 7.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.), which is never repetitive, features delicious dishes from the Italian tradition and beyond, prepared by our chefs with care and imagination. Vegetarian and vegan dishes and satisfying solutions are always available for guests with intolerances or allergies.

Sardinian cuisine, on the other hand, is the absolute star of the themed evenings that will delight guests once a week with the aromas and flavours of this beautiful island.
